Governing Body meetings
The Governing Body of Brent CCG is responsible for making decisions about which health services to commission for local people. The Governing Body is accountable to both NHS England and our GP member practices. Find out more about our governing body members.
The dates for 2020/21 are:
*Brent CCG will be holding a Governing Body meeting on 24 June 2020. Due to social distancing measures still being in place, the meeting will be held virtually and a recording of discussions will be placed on this website shortly after the meeting closes.
In the circumstances, if members of the public have questions in relation to the agenda items, we encourage individuals to submit these 24 hours prior to the meeting so that these can be collated and responded to during the meeting. We very much hope to build on the virtual approach (eg introduce live streaming) in time for the September round of meetings in public. You can send your questions in by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless otherwise stated, the meetings will take place at:
Brent Civic Centre
Wembley HA9 OFJ
The Governing Body meeting papers will be available the week before the meetings. Past meeting papers are also available here on this website.
This meeting will give Brent residents the opportunity to listen to the governing body's discussions and observe the decision-making process. However, it's important to note that although the governing body meeting is held in public, it is not a public meeting.
There will be an opportunity for members of the public to meet with the chair 30 minutes before the meeting, for two or three topics from the agenda.
For further information about the meeting and to give notice of requested topics please contact Genevieve Amobi on 020 8733 1600 or email email@example.com
